Scrum Master

Role:

• We are looking for a Scrum Master to take active ownership of delivery execution for large, complex government IT systems in Singapore.
• This role suits someone who enjoys working close to delivery, engaging experienced teams and senior stakeholders, and operating confidently in structured, high-accountability environments.
• It goes beyond facilitating Agile ceremonies—you will be expected to help teams deliver predictably under real timelines and governance constraints.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and run Scrum ceremonies with clear outcomes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Take ownership of delivery flow by removing blockers and improving sprint predictability.
• Work closely with engineers, project managers, vendors, and government or regulated-enterprise stakeholders.
• Deliver Agile outcomes while operating within governance, audit, and reporting requirements typical of regulated environments.
• Track delivery progress, risks, and dependencies, and surface issues early with clarity.
• Actively support integration milestones, SIT/UAT readiness, and release or cutover activities during key delivery phases.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master on complex or enterprise Agile projects.
• Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and holding teams accountable under delivery demands.
• Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile and how they work alongside traditional delivery models.
• Clear communicator who raises risks early and drives alignment across teams.
