Healthcare Scrum Master

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Agile/Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives) to drive predictable and high‑quality delivery.
• Partner with clinical, technical, and business stakeholders to refine user stories, align workflows, and maintain a healthy backlog.
• Support Epic‑related initiatives such as workflow optimization, upgrades
• Lead Agile execution for data‑driven initiatives, including analytics dashboards, data governance alignment, and healthcare data quality improvements.
• Remove impediments and manage cross‑team dependencies, ensuring smooth coordination across product and technical teams.
• Promote Agile best practices, coach teams on Scrum principles, and drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven Scrum Master experience within healthcare IT environments.
• Hands‑on exposure to Epic modules, workflows, or implementations.
• Experience supporting data analytics tools and data‑driven initiatives
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Familiarity with Agile metrics, backlog management, and cross‑functional collaboration.
