Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospective).
• Ensure proper understanding and application of Scrum principles and Agile values.
• Support the team in removing impediments within the Scrum Master’s scope.
• Promote team self-organization and continuous improvement.
