We are currently looking for Network Infrastructure Specialist to join our Communication Systems Team. The position will be located in İnönü, Eskişehir (full time) and candidates should have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (Preferably in Computer Engineering, Electronics & Communication, Electronics, or Mechatronics. Associate degrees in related fields are also accepted)

• Minimum 7 years of experience in structured cabling, infrastructure hardware, and field applications

• Basic understanding of network technologies (LAN, WAN, Wireless LAN, VLAN, IP addressing, switching fundamentals, etc.)

• Knowledge of project management processes

• Experience with CCTV management systems

• Preferably knowledge of VoIP systems

• Basic level of English

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to provide practical solutions in the field

• Risk-oriented mindset with the ability to take necessary actions for identified risks

• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach

• High sense of responsibility and strong follow-up

Responsibilities:

• Designing structured cabling plans for in-house network projects

• Defining requirements, preparing technical specifications, and managing the quotation process for network projects

• Planning and executing network projects, and preparing project documentation

• Installing network hardware and performing infrastructure assembly

• Organizing and maintaining infrastructure components such as network rooms, patch panels, switches, ports, and racks

• Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting basic network equipment

• Conducting periodic maintenance of physical infrastructure

• Identifying and resolving infrastructure failures promptly

• Providing on-site support for infrastructure projects

• Identifying installation requirements for CCTV systems and preparing technical requirements for related demands

• Managing server and network rooms

• Identifying potential risks related to infrastructure projects, network components, and architectures; updating the risk register and implementing corrective/preventive actions

• Coordinating with other technical teams when necessary

• Ensuring high customer satisfaction and effective communication in operational processes
