User Experience Designer

🚨 Now Hiring: UX/UI Designer – Personal & Business Banking (Contract)

• Contract length: 8 months (extension possible)

• Location: Hybrid (Toronto, 1–2 days/week)

What you’ll be working on:

• Designing user-friendly eForms optimized for clarity, efficiency, and completion
• Creating customer- and employee-facing PDF outputs generated from forms
• Defining layouts, spacing, labels, error states, help text, and visual hierarchy
• Developing and maintaining master templates and design variations based on business rules and data conditions
• Ensuring designs align with enterprise design libraries and branding standards
• Creating and updating design standards and best practices to support new use cases
• Applying accessibility standards (WCAG) including contrast, focus order, labels, and screen-reader compatibility
• Incorporating user journey insights and usability feedback to continuously improve experiences
• Collaborating with Business Analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective design solutions
• Partnering with developers (including Quadient teams) to ensure designs are feasible and implemented as intended
• Designing with scalability and reuse in mind to support future growth

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience as a UX/UI Designer in enterprise environments
• Hands-on experience designing forms, templates, and PDF outputs
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe, etc.)
• Solid understanding of accessibility and usability best practices
• Experience working with design systems and branding standards
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams in regulated environments
• Financial services or banking experience is a strong plus
• Bilingual (English/French) experience is an asset
