Scrum Master

We are looking to hire two experienced Scrum Masters to support multiple squads.

These roles will work across several teams, partnering with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, Architects, and Business stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery in a complex GTB and Working Capital environment. We are seeking proactive professionals focused on removing blockers, improving execution, and enabling high‑performance teams, not only facilitating ceremonies.

A key part of the role will involve supporting our transition towards AI‑native squads, helping embed AI, automation, and data‑driven practices into day‑to‑day delivery.

• Serve as a hands-on servant leader across multiple squads.
• Proactively identify and remove delivery blockers.
• Support teams in daily execution and agile practices.
• Assist Product Owners with backlog management, prioritisation, and dependencies.
• Navigate GTB, Working Capital, and Receivables Finance contexts to support delivery priorities.
• Promote AI-native ways of working, including automation-first and experimentation.
• Manage cross-squad dependencies and coordinate with other delivery leaders.
• Drive continuous improvement and foster team health and collaboration.

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master supporting several technology teams.
• Background in Global Transaction Banking; Working Capital / Receivables Finance is a plus.
• Experience working in engineering-led environments (developers, QA, data, platforms).
• Exposure to AI, automation, or data-driven product delivery.
• Strong ability to remove impediments and manage dependencies.
