Game Development Instructor (Unreal Engine 5, russian speaking)

Are you a gamedev pro ready to shape the next generation of creators? We are looking for a practicing industry expert to join us as an Instructor for our "Game Developer" course. Our program is a deep dive into the industry: from the first spark of an idea and a Game Design Document (GDD) to a fully functional game prototype.

We teach in a workshop format for small, motivated groups where practice always comes first.

• Lead Live Sessions: Conduct online workshops 2 times a week.
• Mentor Students: Guide beginners on their journey from "zero" to building a solid professional portfolio.
• Provide Expert Feedback: Review homework and help students refine their Game Design Documents (GDD).

• Core: Unreal Engine 5 & Blueprints (Visual Scripting).
• Art & FX: Cinema 4D, Substance Painter, and Niagara (UE5).
• UI/UX: Figma and Unreal Motion Graphics (UMG).

• A Passion for Teaching: You understand adult learning principles and can explain complex technical concepts in simple, clear terms.
• Mentorship Experience: You have a background in coaching, mentoring, or teaching.
• Strong Soft Skills: You are an open, honest, and effective communicator who can structure thoughts clearly.
• Language Skills: Currently, our groups are Russian-speaking, but fluency in English is a major plus for our future international groups.
