We are looking for a Java Software Engineer to join our team in Riga (with remote flexibility) to help us evolve our core banking platform.

What You’ll Do

You won’t just be "maintaining" code. You will be a key architect of our growth:

• Core Banking Evolution: Lead the development and refactoring of our central platform architecture.
• New Integrations: Build and scale new financial integrations to expand our 30+ currency ecosystem.
• Collaborative Innovation: Work alongside a high-performing team to deliver cutting-edge solutions for international financial management.

Your Technical Toolkit

• We are looking for a seasoned developer who thrives in a modern, cloud-native environment:
• The Essentials: 4+ years of Java experience with a deep understanding of Spring Boot.
• Industry Context: 1+ years in Fintech, Payments, or Banking is a must. You understand the stakes of moving money.

The Stack: Proficiency with MySQL, RabbitMQ, API Development, Google Cloud.

Bonus Points: If you have experience with React, MobX, or Webpack, you’ll be a huge asset to our full-stack capabilities.
