Are you passionate about creating seamless digital journeys? We are looking for a UX Designer to help shape innovative solutions for both personal and business customers!
We are looking for a new UX-colleague to join our Tribe, which is a part of Danske Bank’s digital development organisation, where we create holistic and meaningful digital journeys for customers and advisors. Our unit specializes in customer welcoming, product management, and digital sales journeys, and while we have a great team of and UX/UI wizards in our tribe, we need one colleague more to support our strategy implementation.
The Area
In Welcoming & Orchestration Tribe we enable digital customer welcoming, provide product orchestration services to customer journey tribes, and develop product ordering tools for our advisors. We build solutions for both our personal and business customer segments.
The Team
We operate in a matrix-organisation composed of chapters and squads. You will be part of the Human-Centered Design Chapter (team) and anchored in a squad (project team) as the expert on user needs, UI and UX design. In the squads your closest colleagues will be the Product Owner, Solution Architect, Business Analysts, and a team of Developers/Software Engineers. You will have a unique opportunity to collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams across three countries, and you will play an important role in bridging user perspectives with business outcomes and technical feasibility.
You will
You have a strong profile within UX, UI Design or similar. We are looking for candidates with practical experience in designing UIs and with a strong preference for action over lengthy concept development processes. Experience in the financial sector is appreciated, especially given the complexities involving risk, legal, and regulatory considerations.
To make a great match, we expect that you:
Monthly salary range from 2960 EUR to 4440 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).

Your job function (position) in the job contract will be Designer (User Experience Designer). From 1 April 2026 it will be renamed to User Experience under our new job architecture, with no impact on the role or responsibilities.

You will
- Support your squad with expert knowledge, UX and UI skills
- Advocate user needs and collect insights to ensure continuous feedback
- Design user-friendly concepts and efficient and fast prototypes
- Communicate and present results for colleagues and key stakeholders
- Ensure alignment and collaboration across relevant parts of the organisation
You have a strong profile within UX, UI Design or similar. We are looking for candidates with practical experience in designing UIs and with a strong preference for action over lengthy concept development processes. Experience in the financial sector is appreciated, especially given the complexities involving risk, legal, and regulatory considerations.

- Are attentive to and put the needs of users first
- Have a user-centric mind-set and prefer quick iterations over deep research processes
- Have experience with both Figma and designing with design systems
- Ability to challenge existing solutions with new ideas
- Are self-driven and motivated
- Possess strong communication skills to present insights and concepts in a simple way to obtain stakeholder buy-in.
