🧠What You’ll Do

The Team Leader will oversee the delivery of communication and capacity-building services for EU financial instrument programs.

You will coordinate expert teams, manage Task Orders end-to-end, and act as the main interface with the client.

Responsibilities include:

• Understanding client needs and designing appropriate service responses
• Managing ~30 Task Orders per year from design to reporting
• Leading and coordinating multicultural expert teams
• Managing planning, budgets, and expert allocation
• Ensuring quality delivery, reporting, and stakeholder alignment

🛠️ Technical Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Economics, Engineering, Law, IT, Communication, or similar)
• 7+ years in Project Management, including team leadership
• Strong experience in communication and event/capacity-building projects
• Experience working with EU Institutions / IFIs / similar bodies
• Proven leadership in multi-stakeholder, multicultural environments
• Excellent English (written & spoken); French is a plus
• Project Management certification is an asset
• Knowledge of EU financial instruments is a plus
