Descrição da Função

"ROLE: Oversee and implement the company’s L&D strategy; Plan, organize, and deliver training sessions (in-person, virtual, and hybrid); Manage e-learning systems and monitor learning analytics; Develop and maintain high-quality training content, including workshops, manuals, and videos; Lead employee engagement programs and internal events; Support onboarding, career progression, performance management, and succession planning; Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor legislation; Track learning metrics and suggest improvements; Serve as a subject matter expert in talent development. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Management, Psychology, or related areas; 3–5 years of experience in L&D or talent management; Experience in training design and internal event coordination; Strategic thinking, analytical skills, and planning capabilities; Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills; Proactive, collaborative, and results-driven; Ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
