Identity and Access Management Specialist
Overall Responsibility:
The new team member will join the IT department, focusing on Identity and Access Management (IDAM) tasks and responsibilities. This role involves interfacing with various areas and topics, with a primary focus on user administration at both the infrastructure and application levels. This fundamental role is integral to several key IT policies and processes. The IDAM team is primarily responsible for managing the Identity and Access Management processes for locally hosted, operated, or managed assets.
Detailed Responsibilities:
- Ownership and Responsibility: Take charge of the local Identity and Access Management processes.
- Policy Compliance: Support the business by ensuring that policy-aligned controls, such as the 4-Eyes Principle and Segregation of Duties, are implemented and adhered to.
- User Access Management: Ensure timely processing of user access requests and recertification-based access revocations.
- Collaboration: Work with both local and global stakeholders, including IT Application Owners and Technical Information Security Officers, on identity and access-related topics.
- ITIL Processes: Coordinate ITIL-related processes such as Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
Experience and Education:
- Professional Experience: At least 1 year of professional experience in Identity and Access Management and/or application management.
- Application Knowledge: Strong knowledge of internal user administration within applications.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Luxembourg regulations and experience in the Luxembourg financial sector is advantageous.
- Multitasking Ability: Capable of handling multiple projects, service requests, and incidents simultaneously.
- ServiceNow Experience: Previous experience with ServiceNow as a ticket system is a plus.
- Scripting Skills: Proficiency in PowerShell scripting is considered an advantage.
- Communication Skills: Ability to translate complex topics and share information clearly and concisely. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with an independent and reliable working style.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and German (written and verbal); French is an advantage.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, open-mindedness, and the ability to share information and transfer knowledge to team members.
