About the Role

Exelerating is looking for a Full Stack Developer Intern to help us build a brand-new, interactive, and scalable web application from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to work across the entire stack. From architecting database schemas and server-side logic to crafting seamless user interfaces. You will play a key role in the full development lifecycle, ensuring our data-heavy platform is both powerful and performant.

Your Responsibilities

• End-to-End Development: Build and maintain both the frontend and backend of a modern web application using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Database Architecture: Design and manage relational database schemas (SQL) and integrate them via PostgreSQL or Supabase.
• API Integration: Develop and optimize RESTful or GraphQL APIs and handle server-side logic using Next.js API routes.
• UI/UX Implementation: Translate high-fidelity designs from Figma / Adobe XD into clean, responsive components using TailwindCSS.
• State & Data Management: Architect complex application states and integrate data visualization libraries (e.g., Recharts, Nivo) to make institutional financial data accessible.
• Performance & Deployment: Implement SSR/SSG for speed and manage CI/CD pipelines for production-ready deployments.

Your Profile

• Technical Proficiency: Strong foundations in React and the Next.js ecosystem.
• Rendering Specialist: A solid conceptual understanding of the Request-Response cycle, specifically how SSR differs from client-side rendering in terms of performance and data fetching.
• Backend Interest: Solid understanding of SQL and experience working with databases (PostgreSQL/Supabase preferred).
• Coding Standards: Proficient in TypeScript with a commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and type-safe code.
• Styling: Proven ability to build responsive UIs using TailwindCSS and component libraries like Shadcn/UI.
• DevOps Basics: Experience with Git version control and a basic understanding of cloud hosting/deployment.
• Detail-Oriented: A high level of attention to both UI/UX detail and backend logic integrity.
