Project Manager / Senior Project Manager - Data Centre Construction (CSA - MEP - Electrical - HV)

We’re hiring Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to deliver a major mission critical data centre programme across Sweden (Gävle), Denmark (Copenhagen) and Belgium (Farciennes).

This is not a “keep the minutes and chase actions” PM role. It’s proper delivery: complex packages, serious stakeholders, high standards, and a site environment where strong PMs stand out quickly.

You’ll join a high-performing team delivering at pace, with a clear path to bigger packages and senior responsibility.

Where you might fit best

Your experience could sit primarily in one of these areas (we’ll align you to the best match):

• CSA / General construction (building works, fit-out, civils interfaces)
• MEP (mechanical, electrical, public health, fire systems, commissioning and handover)
• Electrical LV/ELV (critical power distribution, structured cabling, security, BMS, life safety)
• HV / Substations (110kV+ works, GIS/AIS, transformers, protection and control, energisation)

What you’ll be doing

Depending on package and seniority, you’ll typically:

• Lead day-to-day delivery across safety, quality, programme, risk and reporting
• Coordinate multiple parties - client teams, consultants, main contractors, vendors, specialist subs
• Run project rhythm - progress reviews, actions, constraint removal, escalation
• Drive readiness - snagging, commissioning support, handover documentation
• Manage change pragmatically - scope clarity, variations, delay risk, commercial awareness

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for delivery-led PMs who are calm under pressure and sharp on detail.

You’ll likely have:

• Strong project delivery background from contractor, consultant or client-side environments
• Experience on mission critical builds (data centres preferred), or similarly complex sectors (pharma, industrial, energy)
• Confidence running site stakeholders and holding people to account
• A quality mindset - you don’t “hope it’s fine”, you verify it’s done right

⚡If you’re targeting the HV stream: proven delivery on 110kV+ works (AIS/GIS, transformers, switchgear, P&C).

🔧If you’re targeting the MEP stream: deep MEP package delivery through commissioning/handover.

🔋If you’re targeting LV/ELV: clear ownership of LV/ELV systems delivery and compliance.

English is required. Additional languages (French, Dutch, Scandinavian languages) are a plus depending on location.

• On-site roles in Sweden (Gävle), Denmark (Copenhagen), Belgium (Farciennes)
• Opportunities span Project Manager through Senior Project Manager level
• Permanent and contract options exist depending on project need and stream

Right to work

✅ EU citizens and EU Blue Card holders welcome. If you’ve held an EU Blue Card in another EU Member State for 12+ months, you may be eligible to move to Sweden or Belgium under simplified intra-EU mobility and complete the local Blue Card application/admin on arrival. (Denmark uses a separate national scheme.)
