Cloud Engineer

Our client in Dubai is looking for a Senior Cloud Engineer to join their team in building their very first mobile platform.

CANDIDATES MUST HAVE TRAVEL EXPERIENCE TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, secure cloud environments across AWS and Azure, aligned with industry best practices.
• Develop infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates for consistent and repeatable deployments.
• Architect and manage networking components such as VPCs, VNets, subnets, NAT gateways, load balancers, DNS, and peering connections.
• Implement and maintain security standards, including IAM, RBAC, KMS, WAF, SSO, encryption, and firewall rules.
• Set up and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting using tools like AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, CloudTrail, and GuardDuty.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure roles with a focus on AWS and Azure.
• Expertise in networking, including VPCs, VNets, security groups, load balancing, and DNS.
• Proficiency in Terraform, ARM Templates (or Bicep), and scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, or Python
