Cloud Engineer

A client of ours based in Dubai, a luxury travel company, is looking for a Senior Cloud Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis in their office in Dubai.

They are looking for someone who comes from a travel industry background, only candidates with this experience will be considered.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure roles with a focus on AWS and Azure.

• Expertise in networking, including VPCs, VNets, security groups, load balancing, and DNS.

• Proficiency in Terraform, ARM Templates (or Bicep), and scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, or Python.

• Strong knowledge of security best practices across cloud environments.

• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools like CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, ELK stack, etc.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

• Passion for scalable, resilient architecture and infrastructure automation.
