Technical Project Manager (m/f/d)

A leading national organization focused on advancing digital innovation, financial technology, and data‑driven solutions. The company supports public and private sector entities by delivering secure, compliant, and future‑ready platforms that strengthen the financial ecosystem and accelerate digital transformation. They are currently seeking a Technical Project Manager to join their expanding team.
Responsibilities:

• Lead the end‑to‑end planning, execution, and delivery of complex digital and fintech projects.
• Manage cross‑functional teams—including engineering, product, business analysis, and vendors—to ensure timely and high‑quality delivery.
• Oversee infrastructure and software development lifecycles across cloud, on‑premise, and hybrid environments.
• Translate business and product requirements into actionable project plans, technical tasks, and deliverables.
• Monitor project KPIs, budgets, risks, and timelines, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Drive process optimization, continuous improvement, and adoption of Agile or hybrid project management methodologies.
  

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing technical projects within digital, payments, or financial technology environments.
• Strong background in both infrastructure and software development project delivery.
• Professional certification such as PMP®, Agile, or an equivalent project management credential.
• Excellent stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with regulatory, security, and data‑privacy standards in technology‑driven environments.
