ServiceNow SPM Scrum Master/Product Owner - 100% remote

About the Role:

We are seeking a Scrum Master/Product Owner with ServiceNow SPM experience to facilitate Agile delivery across multiple teams for a long-term project involving the modernization and optimization of the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will play a combined Scrum Master and Product Owner role including conducting current state analysis of existing ServiceNow processes and workflows and gathering, documenting and validating business and technical requirements for modernization efforts while acting as a servant leader who can foster collaboration, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement. ServiceNow SPM module experience is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, ensuring effective delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile best practices and principles.
• Remove impediments and foster an environment of collaboration and transparency.
• Conduct current state analysis of existing ServiceNow processes and workflows.
• Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements for modernization efforts.
• Track and report on team performance metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.).

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile principles.
• Must be okay with working in a combined Scrum Master/Product Owner role.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and build strong relationships.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow SPM module is a must have.
• Ability to push back constructively and influence decisions without direct authority.
• Experience with compliance and regulatory environments is beneficial.
• Scrum certification (SAFe Scrum Master)
