Your Role


We are looking for a structured and service-oriented HR Assistant (Overseas) to support and independently manage HR process transactions and operations in an international environment. This role suits someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with HR data, systems, and stakeholders across borders. In this position, you will independently execute HR process services, understand business requirements, and select appropriate implementation methods based on different business scenarios. You will use established HR tools, methods, and templates to ensure that HR services are delivered accurately, efficiently, on time, and in compliance with policies and regulations.



Key Responsibilities

  • Independently complete one or more tasks or activities within the HR domain
  • Design and execute HR solutions independently within your area of responsibility
  • Perform HR execution tasks under guidance, including HR data management and basic HR operations
  • Follow defined rules, processes, and professional templates for HR delivery
  • Ensure that all HR process transactions and operations are timely, accurate, efficient, and compliant
  • Support simple service delivery and operational management, including leading small teams when required


Requirements

  • Solid understanding of basic HR knowledge, including relevant policies, processes, and guidelines
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), including advanced Excel functions
  • General understanding of computer application systems and HR-related tools
  • Fluent in English and Chinese; ability to use Chinese as a working language is highly preferred
  • Strong customer service mindset, learning ability, and logical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage in in-depth dialogue with key business stakeholders
  • Independent, practical, and conscientious, with the ability to identify issues and propose improvements in daily work
  • Experience in team coordination or management is an advantage; ability to lead small teams of 5–10 people is desirable
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably within Human Resources or a related field



Location: Stockholm

Start: As soon as possible. 1-year consulting assignment with a strong possibility of extension

Workload: 100%
