Location: Stockholm (3 days a week)

Salary: 80,000 - 100,000 SEK per-month

Contract: Permanent

Investigo are currently partnered with a global name who are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity & Threat Management professional to join a second-line cyber function within a regulated financial services environment. This role is well suited to a senior cybersecurity specialist who enjoys providing independent oversight, challenging first-line controls, and influencing cyber risk decisions at an enterprise level.

As part of the Cybersecurity & Threat Management team, you’ll provide oversight across threat intelligence, vulnerability and patch management, and penetration testing activities. You’ll work closely with Security Operations, Technology, and Risk teams to assess control effectiveness, identify emerging threats, and ensure alignment with regulatory and industry best practice.

Role requirements

• Provide independent oversight and challenge of threat intelligence, vulnerability management, and penetration testing activities
• Analyse external cyber threats and emerging attack trends to identify potential risks and control gaps
• Review vulnerability remediation, patching timelines, and risk assessments, challenging delays and exceptions
• Plan and oversee penetration testing activity, ensuring appropriate scope and depth across critical systems
• Contribute to incident response preparedness, policy development, and cyber risk reporting
• Work in line with recognised frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, MITRE ATT&CK, and CIS
