UX/UI Designer

My client, based in Abu Dhabi, is in the PropTech Industry. They are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer.

As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will lead complex projects and play a key role in shaping design strategy, enhancing usability, and delivering intuitive digital experiences. You’ll mentor junior designers, influence product direction, and ensure design solutions align with both user and business goals.

You will:

• Lead the end-to-end design process: discovery, wireframing, prototyping, testing, and delivery.
• Conduct in-depth user research and translate insights into actionable design strategies.
• Drive UX/UI best practices across projects and ensure consistency across platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and marketing.
• Mentor junior and intermediate designers, providing feedback and guidance.
• Own and evolve the design system to support scalability and cohesion.
• Communicate design concepts and UX decisions clearly to stakeholders.
• Advocate for user-centered design across the organization.

You must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s in UX, Design, HCI, or equivalent.

You will have:

• 5–7 years of experience in UX/UI design with a proven portfolio of shipped products.
• Expertise in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and prototyping.
• Strong foundation in design thinking, UX research, and usability testing.
• Experience with design systems, interaction design, and responsive frameworks.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with front-end basics (HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus).
