The successful candidate will be part of the Security Department’s Training & Outreach section under the Safety, Security and Quality Division. This role requires someone who understands regulatory requirements in aviation security and ensures those requirements become embodied in the daily work performance of staff and service providers.

This role requires someone who understands regulatory requirements in aviation security and ensures those requirements become embodied in the daily work performance of staff and service providers.
Responsibilities
- Delivery of Security Training
- Conduct daily face-to-face Initial and Recurrent security training for Technical and Cabin Crew in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Support the onboarding programme in security awareness training for new employees
- Deliver bespoke security training to selected SQ station staff and external service providers. Familiarise them with local regulatory requirements for security performance.
- Curriculum Development and Compliance
- Assist Manager Security Training & Outreach to develop and update training materials, lesson plans, assessments and training aids
- Remain familiar with evolving global security regulations and expeditiously translate them into SQ training courseware
- Conduct line station security audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and operational security standards
- Security Data Management and Systems
- Act as the primary administrator for the Security Data Management System (DMS), ensuring data integrity and strict user access control
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all security-related information on the Security Information Portal
- Maintain accurate training records on SKIES
- Collaborate with IT and software vendors to support training courseware updates, upgrades and troubleshooting operations
- Diploma in any discipline.
- Operational background – prior experience in the aviation industry is highly preferred.
- Training experience – experience in conducting briefings, coaching or formal training is an advantage.
- Instructional ability – must be confident in speaking in front of large groups and demonstrate physical security procedures.
- Digital literacy – must be comfortable using IT systems and Microsoft Office to manage data records and training portals.
- Flexibility – willingness to travel overseas for station training and audits as required
