Overview

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master (AVP level) to enable high-performing Agile teams and ensure predictable, high-quality delivery across complex technology initiatives.

This role goes beyond facilitation - it requires strong Agile leadership, technical awareness, and stakeholder influence to drive execution, remove impediments, and embed Agile principles across delivery workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies ensuring they are effective, time-boxed, and outcome-driven
• Support iteration execution with strong backlog health, refinement, and stakeholder feedback loops
• Identify and remove impediments, conflicts, and risks impacting team flow and delivery
• Use metrics and transparency to optimise team performance and continuous improvement
• Foster high-performing Agile teams through coaching, servant leadership, and collaboration
• Partner with business stakeholders, product teams, and vendors to build trust and alignment
• Represent the team in governance forums, ensuring accurate reporting and risk visibility
• Support release readiness, integration testing, and quality assurance coordination

Core Skills & Experience

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM)
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and tools (Jira, Confluence)
• Solid technical awareness of APIs, authentication systems, CI/CD pipelines, and release processes
• Working knowledge of SQL/JQL and data-driven reporting
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills
• Experience acting as a technical delivery enabler for feature teams

Highly Valued

• Experience working with Spring Boot, Android, or iOS Agile teams
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and release management coordination
• Strong stakeholder management and governance exposure
• Ability to influence outcomes across cross-functional technology and business teams
