Scrum Master

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Coach and support Agile squads in applying Scrum/Kanban methodologies effectively
• Remove impediments and protect the squad from internal and external distractions
• Support the Product Owner with backlog management and sprint planning activities
• Monitor squad capacity, velocity, and delivery progress to ensure successful sprint outcomes
• Promote continuous improvement and foster a collaborative Agile culture
• Help define and evolve squad strategy in alignment with IT objectives
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party providers when required
• Ensure effective communication and coordination across cross-functional teams
• Encourage knowledge sharing, adaptability, and team engagement within multicultural environments

🔹 Experience Required

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching delivery teams
• Familiarity with Agile reporting and tracking tools such as Rally
• Good understanding of software development and project management methodologies
• Proven experience supporting delivery-focused Agile squads
• Experience managing stakeholders in complex environments
• Knowledge of the Payments domain is a plus
• Understanding of CI/CD and automated testing tooling is an advantage
• Strong communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
• Adaptable, proactive, and capable of working in multicultural teams
• Fluent in English and at least one local language (Dutch preferred, French is a plus)
• Comfortable with hybrid working model (50% onsite / 50% remote) and occasional travel to Paris
