IT Project Manager – Systems Consolidation

12 month contract | Day rate | Brisbane

We’re partnering with a values-driven health services organisation in securing an IT PM that will work on a major project transitioning multiple systems into one consolidated system. This is a highly influential role with strong executive exposure and the opportunity to make a real impact.

About You

This role suits a Project Manager who leads with curiosity, confidence and calm. You ask smart questions, explore complexity and bring stakeholders with you on the journey.

You’ll Bring

• Strong project management experience in regulated environments, ideally within health, aged care, disability, or similar sectors.
• Experience with care management or client service platforms and understanding how they support service delivery
• Proven track record in delivering system implementations, consolidation programs, and improvements in environments with disparate or inconsistent data.
• Experience operating in multi-entity or complex organisations, including working across integration points between care, rostering, and workforce systems.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior and executive leaders.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems and their integration, such as ERP or workforce management platforms.

The opportunity

• Lead the consolidation of multiple existing platforms into a single future-state solution
• Own project shaping, business case development and delivery planning
• Partner closely with senior stakeholders on what is a top business priority
• Manage a phased implementation and transition approach
• Work through system interfaces including care management, rostering and award interpretation
• Collaborate with parallel initiatives, including a centralised rostering uplift

Contract & working arrangement

• 12 month day rate contract initially, with possibility of extension
• Hybrid working
• Market-aligned day rate
