Your responsibilities

As a Product Owner, you will act as the voice of the business and customers, defining the vision, roadmap, and priorities for your product. Your main responsibilities include:

• Product Vision & Strategy: Define and maintain the overall product vision and roadmap in alignment with business objectives, customer needs, and market trends. Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards
• Backlog Management: Create, prioritize, and continuously refine the product backlog to deliver maximum value. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, align priorities, and oversee each stage of product development
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with development, design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure that features meet business goals and deliver a consistent customer experience
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of product goals, progress, and priorities. Gather and analyze feedback to guide continuous improvement
• Governance & Performance: Lead sprint reviews, product demos, and retrospectives while monitoring performance metrics and driving enhancements based on customer insights and data-driven decisions
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in cloud computing, DevOps, and software development methodologies.

Your profile

• Proven experience (minimum 5 to 7 years) in project management or as a Product Owner, ideally within the health or life insurance sector
• Strong knowledge of IT solutions and business processes in insurance.
• Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into clear functional requirements.
• Proficiency in Agile and hybrid methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset, strong sense of priorities, and results-oriented approach.
• Fluent in French and English.
