Für ein etabliertes Unternehmen aus der Industrie- und Dienstleistungsbranche suchen wir eine engagierte HR Assistenz zur Unterstützung der HR-Administration über den gesamten Employee Life Cycle.

Deine Aufgaben

• Betreuung des gesamten Employee Life Cycles
• Abwicklung von Unfall- und Krankheitsabsenzen
• Unterstützung im Rekrutierungsprozess
• Pflege von Personaldaten in HR-Systemen (z. B. Swiss HRM, SwissSalary)
• Mithilfe bei Payroll-Vorbereitungen und Sozialversicherungen
• Mitarbeit bei HR-Projekten und Prozessoptimierungen

Dein Profil

• Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbar
• 2–5 Jahre HR-Erfahrung (Payroll-Kenntnisse von Vorteil)
• Weiterbildung im Personalwesen wünschenswert
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch von Vorteil
• Strukturierte, zuverlässige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end employee lifecycle administration
• Handling sickness and accident absences
• Supporting recruitment coordination
• Maintaining employee data in HR systems
• Assisting with payroll preparation and social security matters
• Supporting HR projects and process improvements

Profile

• Commercial education or equivalent
• 2–5 years of HR experience (payroll experience a plus)
• HR administration qualification preferred
• Fluent German; English is an advantage
• Structured, reliable, and hands-on team player
