Scrum Master (hybrid, 1 day office, 40-45k) - IT Consultancy

𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗕𝗢𝗔𝗥𝗗 | 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 & 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁, as a firm specialising in personnel recruitment and selection, we are working for one of our clients, a top technology consultancy, to select a Scrum Master.

🔎 What are we looking for?

• Solid overview of Agile principles and the Scrum framework.
• More than 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role.
• Proven experience facilitating and coaching teams in Agile practices and ceremonies.
• Problem-solving experience to identify and address impediments that hinder team progress.
• Overview of software development processes and methodologies.
• Experience in managing product backlogs and sprint planning activities.
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) are often preferred.
• Fluent English
