Scrum Master Lead (remote, 40-43k) - IT Consultancy

𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗕𝗢𝗔𝗥𝗗 | 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 & 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁, as a firm specialising in personnel recruitment and selection, we are working for one of our clients, a top technology consultancy, to select a Scrum Master Lead.

🔎 What are we looking for?

• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) to drive continuous improvement and delivery excellence.
• Act as a servant leader, removing impediments and supporting Product Owners and development teams to maintain high productivity and motivation.
• Promote Agile principles, values, and best practices across teams and the wider organization to strengthen Agile culture.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency on progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Track and report team velocity, sprint progress, and key project metrics to enable data‑driven decision‑making.
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation, learning, and alignment with organizational strategic goals.
• Guide teams in Agile tools and techniques (backlog management, user story refinement, sprint planning) to optimize workflow and delivery.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to enhance Agile maturity and support scaling frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS.
• Fluent English (Spanish is not necessary)
