๐ What are we looking for?
- Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily standโups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) to drive continuous improvement and delivery excellence.
- Act as a servant leader, removing impediments and supporting Product Owners and development teams to maintain high productivity and motivation.
- Promote Agile principles, values, and best practices across teams and the wider organization to strengthen Agile culture.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency on progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Track and report team velocity, sprint progress, and key project metrics to enable dataโdriven decisionโmaking.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation, learning, and alignment with organizational strategic goals.
- Guide teams in Agile tools and techniques (backlog management, user story refinement, sprint planning) to optimize workflow and delivery.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to enhance Agile maturity and support scaling frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS.
- Fluent English (Spanish is not necessary)
