Frontend Developer

Our client is looking for a React Developer to build and deliver high-quality, scalable user interfaces for a complex enterprise web application.

Requirements:

• 5+ years professional frontend development

• 3+ years React/Next.js in production environments

• 2+ years TypeScript development

• Experience in enterprise-scale application development

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum team collaboration

• Expert-level React.js and Next.js knowledge

• Advanced TypeScript proficiency

• Deep understanding of modern CSS (Flexbox, Grid, responsive design)

• Experience with component-driven development

• Proficiency with Git version control

• Understanding of RESTful API design

• Browser DevTools expertise

• Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Self-motivated with ability to work independently

• Attention to detail and code quality

• Mentoring and knowledge-sharing mindset

• Experience handling complex data (large datasets, real-time updates, pagination)

• Familiarity with AI integration (LLM outputs, conversational UI)

• Understanding of enterprise features (multi-tenancy, role-based access, audit logging)

• Awareness of compliance standards (GAAS, SOX helpful)

• Performance optimization for large tables, charts, and document processing

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of frontend architecture for enterprise applications

• Build high-quality, scalable, and maintainable user interfaces

• Collaborate with backend teams and product owners to define features and requirements

• Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices

• Mentor junior developers and share knowledge across the team

• Optimize frontend performance for large datasets, complex components, and rich UI

• Introduce best practices for component-driven development and state management

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

• Advocate for clean, maintainable code and effective development processes

• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and provide technical guidance throughout the development lifecycle
