Product Designer

Equal IT are looking for a Senior Product Designer who loves shipping real products for our amazing client in Stockholm.

You will work inside a small, fast-moving product team (Product Owner, Data, Engineers, Designer) and help shape what we build end to end, from messy problems to live features.

Not a role where you will spend days designing a button.

This is a hands-on role for someone with strong product instincts, sharp UI craft, and the confidence to push work into production quickly.

You will

• Own product design from discovery through delivery
• Turn complex problems into simple, usable UX and strong UI
• Partner closely with product, data, and engineering to shape decisions
• Advocate for design with clarity, reasoning, and pragmatism
• Design primarily for a desktop-first SaaS product (video-first, mobile-used)

What is needed

• A strong mix of UX thinking, UI craft, and product sense
• An ownership mindset: comfortable shipping, iterating, and moving fast
• Experience in startups or small, fast-paced teams
• Deep familiarity with Figma (must-have)
• Practical, impact-driven, delivery-focused approach

Nice to have

• SaaS, enterprise, or developer-product experience
• High-growth startup background
• Experience working on products at scale
• E-commerce experience
• Comfort using AI tools (Figma AI, GPT/Gemini, Claude) for ideation and storytelling
