Senior .Net Developer

About the Role

You will be responsible for developing new product features and enhancements within a suite of enterprise applications. Working in an Agile environment, you will perform systems and database analysis, design, programming, and contribute to requirements gathering and testing processes. This role requires flexibility to work across multiple technologies, including .NET and Delphi, as projects may vary quarterly.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and document API specifications, including expected usage and key design decisions.
• Apply .NET Core, C#, SQL, and other agreed standards to deliver clean, maintainable code.
• Contribute test cases and automated testing where applicable (e.g., SpecFlow).
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders in Agile ceremonies.
• Identify and manage database changes as part of development.
• Conduct code reviews and coach junior developers.
• Estimate effort for development tasks and plan deliverables accordingly.
• Jump between multiple technologies (e.g., .NET and Delphi) depending on business priorities.

About You

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a commercial software development environment.
• Advanced knowledge of C#, ASP.Net, .NET Core, SQL, and API development.
• Experience with Delphi is desirable for dual-stack flexibility.
• Familiarity with Azure
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Desirable: practical knowledge of HTML, CSS, Typescript.
• Flexible, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset.
