To enhance our successful Training Coordinator Team at the Headquarters in Leoben, Austria, we are looking for a passionate

Training Coordinator

In this role, you ensure that employees receive the onboarding, qualification, and requalification needed to work safely and effectively. You identify training needs, deliver and document trainings, and continuously improve training processes in close collaboration with departments and global L&D. You contribute to a strong, future‑ready workforce by supporting strategic training initiatives and developing new training programs.

Your Responsibilities

  • Identify and document training and qualification needs
  • Plan, deliver, and evaluate basic and process‑specific trainings
  • Maintain accurate training and qualification records
  • Improve training workflows for efficiency and usability
  • Share best practices to support consistent training standards
  • Collaborate with local and global L&D and key departments
  • Develop new trainings and support future training projects


Your Profile

  • Technical and/or commercial background or equivalent experience
  • Advantage: knowledge of production processes and quality requirements
  • Strong moderation, presentation, and communication skills; motivation to train others
  • Professional German and English skills
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a trainer or in a training‑related role
  • Solid MS Office skills and ability to work in an international environment
  • Team spirit, openness, and enthusiasm for working in a high‑performance organization
