HR Initiative Owner

HAYS IT is assisting one of their clients, a major player in the insurance industry, in their search for a freelance HR Initiative Owner. There is the possibility to work from their offices in Antwerp or Brussels.

Within our HR department, we are looking for a driven Initiative Owner who wants to help shape the digital transformation of our HR services. You will work at the intersection of technology and people-oriented policy, with an impact on the entire organization.

The ideal candidate has:

• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role is required.
• Expertise in product or project management, preferably in an HR environment and a thorough understanding of HR-related challenges is required.
• Affinity with digital HR tools such as SAP SuccessFactors and/or Cornerstone and a natural curiosity about technological innovations within HR is also required
• Fluency in Dutch and/or French is required. Fluency in English is also required.

This is a long term project with possibility of extension, the start date is ASAP and our client has a hybrid homeworking policy.
