Software Team Lead

We are looking for a skilled and eager Team Lead to join our versatile and international Scrum team. The team develops a wide range of solutions—from embedded firmware for Lumosa’s EV chargers and LED lighting to a cloud-based portal and app for our installation partners and the internal tooling that powers our organization and manufacturing operations.

The Team Lead in our software team is a pivotal role responsible for co-developing and designing software solutions, providing expert guidance and mentorship to team members, and ensuring a holistic view of our software projects. The Team Lead plays a crucial part in driving innovation and maintaining the quality and efficiency of our software development processes.

We recognize that the Team Lead role may not require a full-time commitment, and we are open to combining it with another role, such as Scrum Master. This flexible setup allows you to contribute your leadership and technical expertise while also supporting the team in facilitating agile processes and driving continuous improvement.

Who are you?

Technical Expertise:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related technical field;
• At least 5 years of experience in software development;
• At least 3 years of experience as a Team Lead in an Agile environment or similar role;
• Experience managing software products through the different stages of their lifecycle;
• Understand and navigate company processes effectively;
• Capable of setting and managing priorities efficiently;
• Ambitious to implement, follow, and improve Scrum or Agile ways of working.

Collaboration & Personal Skills:

• Act as a unifying force within the team and demonstrate strong people management skills;
• Appreciate facilitating clear communication between departments;
• Proactive, hands-on and you embrace change.

• A 32- or 40-hour workweek;
• End-of-year bonus, which is 8.3% of your gross income;
