Front End Software Engineer

We are looking for a Front-End Software Engineer for our partner who develops mission-critical software and foundational technologies used in secure, scalable, real-world systems. Their work spans advanced web platforms, AI-assisted infrastructure, and long-term R&D projects designed for reliability, performance, and maintainability at scale.

They are currently building a next-generation, AI-enhanced no-code platform that enables anyone to create secure, production-ready digital business platforms in minutes. It is not a prototype tool or a “vibe coding” wrapper. It is a deeply engineered foundation, battle-tested by hundreds of thousands of users, designed for real businesses operating at scale.

This role focuses on building reusable, secure, and scalable front-end systems that will be used across the entire ecosystem.

What You Will Build

As part of the foundation team, you will design and implement core front-end systems and workflows that power every module across the platform, including:

• Secure, reusable UI primitives and client-side foundations shared across the entire ecosystem

• High-performance admin panel experiences and management workflows across multiple modules such as e-commerce, e-learning, news & announcements, AI chatbots, event management, podcast publishing, and content/file systems

• Rich dashboard and analytics interfaces for reporting, real-time insights, and business intelligence

• Client-side caching, state architecture, and performance-critical infrastructure optimized for scale

• User-selectable theming and design system foundations supporting fully customizable platform experiences

• Automated UI testing and quality layers ensuring long-term reliability and regression safety

• Responsive, cross-device front-end architecture designed for consistent behavior across all screen sizes

• Security-first front-end patterns aligned with enterprise-grade requirements and compliance needs

• Adoption of future-proof technologies and architectural patterns that support long-term platform evolution

• Scalable front-end architecture that junior developers and AI tools can safely and efficiently extend

Your work will play a key role in ensuring the platform remains secure, performant, and adaptable as a global platform product.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and modern front-end development practices

• Experience with React Native and an interest in building shared foundations across web and mobile platforms

• Hands-on experience (or strong willingness to work) with native module development using Swift and Kotlin/Java, supporting future mobile capabilities

• Solid grasp of object-oriented programming, data modeling, and scalable coding practices

• Proven ability to design clean, maintainable, and extensible front-end systems, not just one-off features

• Strong attention to code quality, structure, and long-term maintainability

• Experience contributing to platform or framework-level architecture, or strong motivation to grow in this direction

• Curiosity and hands-on experience with advanced device capabilities such as AR, LiDAR, depth sensors, gyroscopes, and sensor-driven interactions to enable more engaging and immersive user experiences

• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, research-driven approach

• Ability to work independently in an R&D environment while collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team

• Sufficient English proficiency to work with global documentation, tooling, and engineering resources
