Our client, an Internet MNC with strong presence Globally, and good reputation in the Blockchain industry.

💡Responsibilities💡

📍Develop and execute the overall spot business strategy

📍Oversee and execute liquidity strategies for the spot market such as building & managing the market making ecosystem

📍Lead collaborations with Traditional financial institutions (brokerages, asset managers, banks, custodians) or Asset Managers

📍Build and manage the spot asset and liquidity team (product, operations, institutional BD, etc.).

Requirements

📍 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related fields

📍 8+ years of experience in finance or digital assets, with at least 3 years in a core business leadership or team leadership role.

📍Deep understanding of spot trading, liquidity mechanisms, and market-making models.
