IntePros is seeking a Front-End UI Developer to join our global healthcare client. This person will be responsible for designing and building high-quality, customer-facing web applications and components that address business needs. The ideal candidate will collaborate with product, UX, and backend development teams to understand business processes and deliver technical solutions that align with functional requirements. This role reports to the AI Platforms and Solutions Director and requires a mix of independent work and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

- Develop innovative, high-quality web applications with intuitive and well-designed user interfaces that enhance the experience for both internal users and external customers.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, documentation, testing, deployment, and support, while taking on leadership roles when necessary.
- Translate business and technical requirements into well-engineered, tested, and deployed solutions.
- Maintain technical ownership of projects, acting as a liaison between technical teams and providing troubleshooting and support as needed.
- Stay current with emerging frameworks, techniques, and technologies, integrating new solutions to solve business challenges.
- Share knowledge and expertise with team members, fostering growth and collaboration.
- Define and implement processes, tools, and standards for the Front-End Engineering Team.
- Mentor and guide team members on general software development principles and specific front-end technologies.
- Contribute to achieving organizational goals and objectives.
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Front-End UI Developer with a focus on React and Angular frameworks.
- Expertise in:
- React, Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
- RESTful APIs and state management (Redux, Context API, hooks)
- Performance optimization techniques
- Authentication solutions (e.g., MSAL)
- UI/UX tools such as Figma for design translation
- Version control systems (Git/Github/ADO)
- Azure DevOps processes for automation, deployment, and build in Azure Cloud
- Accessibility compliance with WCAG
- Front-end analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Passionate about building quality web applications and software.
- Intellectually curious, self-motivated, and focused on delivering practical solutions.
- Strong expertise in frontend development technologies, platforms, and standards.
- Proficient in applying UXD principles to enhance user experiences.
- Ability to independently research and evaluate solutions.
- Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments with evolving requirements.
- Effective collaborator, able to navigate conflicting approaches and achieve team consensus.
- Solid understanding of business fundamentals and IT’s role within the organization.
- Exceptional communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
