Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation of our Commerce Hub, a vital initiative to streamline and optimize our ad banner content creation process. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and highly organized professional with a proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously. If you’re a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Project Execution & Tracking
• Drive the execution of the Commerce Hub implementation plan, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Track project progress against milestones, addressing potential delays or roadblocks.
• Proactively communicate project status, risks, and issues to the Senior Program Manager and stakeholders.
• Rollout Phase Management
• Manage tasks within each phase of the rollout plan, ensuring clear ownership and accountability.
• Coordinate activities across the creative production, quality, and martech teams for seamless execution.
• Monitor and control project scope to align deliverables with program goals.
• Documentation & Control
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including plans, timelines, status reports, and meeting minutes.
• Implement and maintain control processes to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
• Team Coordination & Communication
• Facilitate effective collaboration across teams, ensuring clear agendas and actionable outcomes in meetings.
• Act as a point of contact for project-related inquiries and requests.
• Risk Management
• Identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks.
• Escalate critical risks or issues to the Senior Program Manager when necessary.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across diverse teams.
• Experience with documentation, tracking tools, and project control processes.
• Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to addressing challenges.
• Knowledge or experience in creative production, quality assurance, and martech is a plus.
