About The Role
We are looking for an HR Coordinator, a professional who supports day-to-day human resources operations, including employee onboarding, record maintenance and benefits administration. This role ensures HR processes run smoothly, maintains accurate employee data, and serves as a key point of contact for employees while assisting with compliance and HR initiatives.

About The Role
We are looking for an HR Coordinator, a professional who supports day-to-day human resources operations, including employee onboarding, record maintenance and benefits administration. This role ensures HR processes run smoothly, maintains accurate employee data, and serves as a key point of contact for employees while assisting with compliance and HR initiatives.
Your Main Responsibilities Will Be
- Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner
- Keep employment contracts and attachments up to date
- Manage statutory personnel plans
- Create ad hoc HC reports and provide HR analytics
- Develop HR policies throughout the organization
- Contribute to HR communications (intranet, email…)
- Act as a HR system superuser globally and be responsible for master data for Marioff
- Act as a Time attendance system superuser in Finland. This includes both operative and system development related duties
- Participate and coordinate recruitment events
- Assist in training arrangements as needed (Newcomers training, leadership training etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a relevant field
- 1-3 years of experience working in a relevant HR position
- Hands-on Experience managing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and employee time tracking systems
- Excellent interpersonal abilities and communication skills with a strong fluency in English and Finnish language, both spoken and written
- Customer service mindset
- Flexibility and responsiveness, tolerance for ambiguity
- Result driven mindset, structured way of working with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Good Excel and data analysis skills
- Knowledge of Collective Labor Agreements and Labor law
- Previous work experience at a large international corporation
- Previous experience with ADP HRIS system
