HR Talent Specialist

Are you passionate about talent, training, and driving people-centered projects in a dynamic industrial environment? At EBRO Factory, we are expanding our HR team and looking for a proactive, organized, and growth-oriented professional to support key HR processes across Talent Acquisition, Training & Development, and People Operations.

🔹 Your Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
  • Publish and maintain job postings across job boards and corporate website.
  • Conduct CV screening and initial contact with candidates.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling (agendas, rooms, Teams links).
  • Track selection processes and update recruitment trackers.
  • Provide support at job fairs, open-door events, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Training, Development & Young Talent Programs
  • Assist in coordinating internal and external training activities.
  • Monitor attendance, participation, and required training documentation.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, trainers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Update training calendars and People action plans.
  • Support young talent programs (FP Dual / Graduate Programs):
  • Coordinate with vocational schools and universities.
  • Follow up on onboarding, evaluations, tutoring, and feedback with managers.
  • People Operations, Processes & Projects
  • Provide administrative and documentation support across People & Talent.
  • Maintain databases, Excel trackers, and internal tools.
  • Assist in PRF processes, Cobee/flexible benefits, and basic insurance matters.
  • Support audits (ISO, IATF) with required documentation.
  • Follow up on transversal projects, actions, and deadlines.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, summaries, and follow-up actions when needed.

🔹 What We’re Looking For

  • Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience (internships or entry-level) in HR/People teams is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and team-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
