DevSecOps Engineer

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar)
  • Ensure end-to-end compliance with Santander Security standards (DevSecOps mindset)
  • Manage infrastructure across Private Cloud and Public Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
  • Work with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, OpenShift
  • Monitor systems using tools like Elasticsearch, Kibana, Grafana
  • Collaborate with Dev, QA, and Operations teams to improve reliability and performance
  • Manage incidents and ensure system uptime

Required Skills

  • Proven DevOps / DevSecOps experience
  • Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, PowerShell)
  • CI/CD expertise
  • Cloud infrastructure management (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Containerization & orchestration
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Fluent English

Nice to Have

  • Security, networking, Linux/Windows admin knowledge
  • Cloud or Kubernetes certifications
  • Agile experience (Jira, Confluence)
  • Exposure to AI-driven solutions
