Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Architect (TA) Engineer to design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure. The role focuses on AWS cloud services, infrastructure automation, and ensuring optimal system performance, security, and reliability while supporting business and application operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage AWS cloud infrastructure including compute, storage, and networking resources.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to automate deployments.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and cloud costs using tools such as CloudWatch.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and security teams to support CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native services.
• Configure and maintain cloud security, IAM policies, and network architecture (VPC, subnets, VPN, load balancers).
• Design and implement backup and disaster recovery strategies.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Maintain documentation including architecture diagrams and deployment procedures.
• Recommend improvements for performance, scalability, and cost optimization.

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
• Proficiency in Terraform or other IaC tools.
• Good understanding of cloud security, networking, and monitoring tools.
