Position: Network Engineer

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Network Engineer to join their team!

The Network Engineer will be responsible for the company's cloud environment as well as their local data center.

Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure for cloud environments, primarily using AWS.
Utilize Terraform to automate and manage infrastructure provisioning and configuration.
Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize network operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement cloud networking strategies.
Manage data center operations, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability of network resources.
Develop and maintain documentation related to network architecture, configurations, and processes.
Implement network security protocols and best practices to protect data and resources.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to cloud computing and networking.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on cloud solutions (AWS).
Proficiency in automation tools, particularly Terraform.
Experience in managing data center environments and understanding of data center operations.
Strong knowledge of networking protocols, firewalls, VPNs, and network security.
Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.) is a plus.
Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CCNA, etc.) are highly desirable.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
