SharePoint Support Specialist- Qatar

Scope of Work:

• Contractor shall work on-site on daily basis for the supporting and maintenance SharePoint application environment/Administration, Backup/Restoration, supporting business users for SharePoint platform, search operations, performing any business application support as and when requested.
• Contractor shall support, maintain, enhance, upgrade, and develop work whenever necessary on (but not limited to) SharePoint Applications, SharePoint Web Parts, SharePoint Forms, SharePoint Sites, SharePoint features, PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint REST Service, SharePoint customs web parts etc.
• Contractor must support and manage SharePoint Admin Center.
• Contractor must have knowledge to power shell command which can support online SharePoint.
• Contractor must develop, support, and enhance any work related to SharePoint workflows, UX/UI, .NET, Java Script, CSS/HTML etc. related to SharePoint/Power apps/Power Automate/Power BI.
• Contractor must support applications include Yammer, MS Teams, MS PowerApps, MS Flow, and MS Planner.
• Whenever necessary Contractor must be able to work to Integrate these mentioned applications to online SharePoint/Power apps/Power Automate/Power BI platform.
• Contractor shall work on-site and resolve the application issues faced by the End Users in the SharePoint/Power apps/Power Automate/Power BI and its related environment, in a timely manner.
• If the fix is complex, the fix needs to be tested in the UAT environment and then deployed in production.
• Contractor must be versatile to support new technologies which will support SharePoint Platforms.
• Contractor must be expert in cloud technologies experiences related to online SharePoint.
• Contractor must support IS Business Applications team whenever requested which are related to SharePoint or any other business application.

Disaster Recovery:

• Contractor prepares and maintain the Disaster and Recovery Plan (DRP) for online SharePoint Platform.
• All responsibility to restore data must be planned and implemented.
• SharePoint License Compliance.
• Contractor shall install any licensing software mandated by the OEM.
• The periodic reports of license usage shall be generated by the Contractor and provided in a timely manner, as dictated by the licensing agreement with the OEM.
• OEM Survey/Audit on Products Installed in Environment
• Contractor shall assist/participate in any audits/survey undertaken by OEM and work to provide the feedbacks/reports as required by the OEM.
• Health-checkup for the System i. Contractor shall come on-site and carry out preventive maintenance / health-checkup on request.
• The health-checkup needs to be carried out at-least twice every year.
• New Developments/modifications on the SharePoint.
• Contractor shall be on-site and carry out new developments/modifications, changes and enhancements including any opportunity for integration with other systems if required on request .
• The Contractor would need to comply Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes and carry out the full software development life cycle, starting from the Requirements Gathering and culminating in Production Implementation & Post Implementation support.
• All the changes and enhancements are to be implemented in the development environment, transported to the UAT environment and finally deployed on the production environment after successful User Acceptance Testing.
• The on-site support is expected to be done during Office timings (07:00 AM to 3:00 PM).
• However, in times of emergency or when there is a disruption of the Service, the working time may extend to outside this window.

Mandatory Certification:

i. Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate.

ii. Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate
