Scrum Master | Freelance | Hybrid | Belgium

We are currently working with several organisations across technology, digital, telecom, retail, manufacturing, and public sector in Belgium who are looking for experienced Scrum Masters to support Agile teams on transformation and product delivery initiatives.

This is a freelance contract opportunity with hybrid working and projects typically ranging from 6 to 12 months.

What you will be doing

• Facilitating Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives

• Supporting Product Owners and delivery teams to maximize value and improve delivery flow

• Removing impediments and helping teams stay focused on sprint goals

• Coaching teams on Agile practices and continuous improvement

• Working closely with stakeholders across business and IT teams

• Helping teams deliver high-quality products in fast-moving environments

What we are looking for

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments

• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile delivery frameworks

• Experience working on IT, digital, or transformation projects

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Ability to coach teams and improve ways of working

• Certifications such as PSM, CSM, or SAFe are a plus
