Role: Business Consultant

• Location: Belgium, France
• Travel: Almost all will be remote, but person should live in France/Belgium area

Maybe twice per month to travel to Paris 2-3 days will be required

• Contract Duration: Contract for 3 months rolling

What do you do as a Digital Business Consultant

We are looking for new Digital Business Consultant colleagues on Senior / Senior Expert level.

As a Digital Business Consultant, you are continuously working on creative and customer centric designs for functional applications and end2end solutions, with specific focus on the Digitalization of Telecom operators and driving a conversation and scope based on Customer Experience and Customer Journeys. Your skills are to drive the digital transformation in a company – with a clear understanding of what todays Telecom Operators and Digital Service Providers require – aspects like product bundling and the requirements for automation and new service channels such as chat. This can be applied in various roles on the business side, for example Business Analyst, Business Consultant but also roles like Product Manager or Product Owner.

You will work in all domains of the telco industry like mobile, fixed, cable and in all segments like consumer market, business market and wholesale.

You resolve high level business strategy into working concepts and project goals/definitions, and can in depth drive the business transformation but also in the contents from a business / functional viewpoint detail this. You have an understanding of the underlying technologies that are required on a global level.

The focus for the Digital Business Consultant is to improve the product portfolio, improve customer experience and most of all automate employee handling by introducing new business concepts using new concepts such as bundling / flexible stackable products, redesign and standardize processes and drive automation, but also by using technology drivers such as Microservices, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Big Data, Blockchain, Robotic Process Automation, Augmented Reality This is must be accompanied with more telecom specific knowledge on Telco BSS and OSS processes and IT. You follow the most recent market trends that are interesting for the Telecom market, focusing on the Digital Business Models that drives todays companies.

Besides working on customer assignments, you will help develop and maintain our Prodapt Consulting methodologies in one of our Prodapt Competence Centers or via our educational program in the Prodapt academy.

• You advice on key drivers and focus areas for these projects, and can define the functional requirements needed
• You have an understanding of the underlying technologies that can be chosen, which will enable and even fast-forward the digitalization
• You can convince business stakeholders and embed the ideas in the running organization – making sure these get the right focus and funding
