JOB PURPOSE

To design, improve and conduct training and development programs for employees, in line with the Organisation strategy and needs, in order to contribute to an optimal individual and organisational performance.


CORE OBJECTIVES

  • Implement Training Needs Analysis and set training plans for the year
  • Source training needs through approved vendors
  • Familiarize and train employees on the functionality of the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Timely completion of assigned activities


ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Ensure that all training documentation and administration is accurate and complete in the HR data systems and monitor outcomes of training in the system.
  • Conduct needs analysis and designs training plans
  • Execute trainings plans and coordinates training programs implementation.
  • Prepare analysis and reports. Coordinate delivery of programs through approved vendors
  • Develop, implement and improve operational policies, procedures and processes in the fields of learning, development and other trainings, covering all areas to ensure that all relevant Organisation and legislative policy/procedural requirements are fulfilled.
  • Design and develop the Organisation curriculum of trainings and development programs for different target groups together with third party vendors, if necessary, in line with the overall Learning and Development strategy.
  • Deliver, execute and/or delegate all operational activities regarding learning and development such as the enrolment process, handling of individual learning requests, operational planning and logistics, invitations to participants, gathering and analysis of feedback, etc. in order to ensure a smooth and continuously improving delivery of training and development programs.
  • Assist, inform and advise management on operational leadership and development activities.
  • Identify and establish contact with vendors for trainings and development programs, as well as monitor vendor’s performance based on feedback of participants and HR colleagues.


KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent from a reputable and recognized university
  • 8+ years of experience within Human Capital, Learning and Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development
