Our team of industry executives and specialists is something that makes us extremely proud and self-confident. We are strengthening our team and looking for HR Specialist to join Heston Airlines.

THE CREW HR SPECIALIST WILL:

  • Run day-to-day HR administration for flight crew and cabin crew, ensuring personnel data is accurate, complete, and up to date across all relevant HR systems;
  • Manage crew contract administration and changes, coordinating approvals/signatures and tracking completion against deadlines;
  • Ensure timely, clear communication between all involved parties on contract, documentation, reimbursement, or other employment-related changes, keeping an auditable record of decisions and confirmations;
  • Support monthly crew payroll operations by collecting and inputting data changes and ensuring submissions are on time in cooperation with Payroll/Finance;
  • Provide operational support to the Crew HR team in HR projects and various recruitment initiatives.


YOU ARE WELCOME TO APPLY IF YOU:

  • Have at least one year of HR experience;
  • Are fluent in English and Lithuanian, both written and spoken;
  • Possess excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen actively and express ideas clearly and effectively;
  • Have strong attention to detail;
  • Are confident using computer systems and MS office software.
