Product Manager - Enterprise Digital Platform (m/f/d)

You will join a large international organisation undergoing a major digital transformation, focused on strengthening internal capabilities and reducing reliance on external vendors. The business operates a mission‑critical, customer‑facing Digital Experience Platform used across multiple European countries, within a complex and highly integrated technology landscape.

Your new role

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the planning and coordination of a large‑scale digital platform deployed across EMEA. You will work at the intersection of technology, delivery and governance, managing multiple stakeholders and ensuring predictable, high‑quality releases throughout the year.

Key responsibilities include:

• Owning and managing the platform backlog across several European markets.
• Planning, coordinating and tracking multi‑country deployments.
• Acting as the central coordination point between internal development teams, QA, business analysts and external vendors.
• Managing complex stakeholder relationships, including senior leaders, IT Directors and CIOs at country level.
• Defining scope, sequencing and release plans in a global programme context.
• Proactively managing risks, dependencies and delivery trade‑offs.
• Supporting governance, reporting and executive communication.

What you’ll need to succeed

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, Program Manager or Delivery Manager in large‑scale digital or technology programmes.
• Strong experience managing multi‑country or multi‑region initiatives, ideally across Europe.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with exposure to senior and executive audiences.
• Experience working with Agile / Scrum in enterprise settings.
• Exposure to digital platforms, DXP, CMS or e‑commerce solutions.
• Experience in integration‑heavy environments, including APIs and ERP‑adjacent systems.
• Familiarity with Drupal or similar front‑end technologies is a plus.
• Confidence operating in structured governance and change‑controlled environments.
• Advanced English skills are mandatory.
